A customer ordered three notepads today, all the same. The first two went through at my set royalty rate. The third went through at a rate .3% lower than my set rate. Anyone know why that would be? TIA

My guess would be that the customer added some sort of secondary content (like a background image) in which case a small percent of the royalty is carved out for the secondary content designer.

Ahh ok, I didn't consider that. This design doesn't leave much room for adding anything, but I know customers do all sorts of changes - so that's probably it. Thank you!
