Viewing Account Details

Where in my account can I see my personal details such as date of birth? I just received my 1042-S and it has the wrong date of birth, last year they put a different date of birth too which was also different from what they entered this year. All prior years have my correct date of birth. Probably doesn't matter since the other companies I sell at leave that part of the form blank but I just wanted to check my account to see if anything went wonky but can't seem to find where it is.

• you are not the only one with date of birth entry wrong. Read the other recent posts. I don’t believe this has anything to do with your profile settings. It is something being entered wrong by Zazzle. So…you have to notify Zazzle. Again…

Do you know if our date of birth (found in Settings > Profile > Edit Profile) is visible to anyone besides Zazzle? Most of the information entered on this page is publicly visible on our creator's profile page, except for gender and date of birth. I'm not sure why it's included here.

Click on your public shop link top right, then go to your About link, whatever you wrote in your about section when you filled it out, will show up there publicly on your about page. So unless you put your birthday, gender, etc. on your about page, no worries. Fairly certain that your profile only shows it to Z and you.

Never mind I found it, thanks. Anyway all the correct info is there.

Same thing happened here. Ended up being 4 years younger. Thought I'd found the fountain of youth there for a minute 😉
