On the right hand side of the collections it says performance. Then it says CTR and under that is a percentage. if you click on the little thing next to ctr, it tells you that this is the number of times items have been viewed. The weird thing is that its a percentage so how do you know the number of times its been viewed?

I think that is the "Click Through Rate". I am not completely positive, but I think it represents the percentage of viewers that "Clicked Through" from your product page to view the corresponding collection. I could be wrong. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more information.

Hey @Es,
The team have advised that we give a percentage as this will give the creator an idea of how interesting the collection is to customers who have viewed the Collection. The percentage is based on the interaction with the products within the collection. So if a collection had say 50 views and only 25% CTR, this would prompt the creator to review either the products on offer in the collection or design theme and cover imagery.
There is more info here.
Thank you.
