What is Going on with Zazzle Customer Service?

Before, I could get a hold of Zazzle customer service.  I've called 5 times and no one is answering.  No one is calling me back.  What is going on?

FINALLY got through.  Let's see if the appropriate department responds.  It hasn't for a week.  Today has been my 2nd follow-up.  Just good grief.

Are we still having a problem with customer service?  I sent something last week with no response yet. Is this normal or should I resend my request?
