I was just now checking out the font problem people have been talking about when I noticed there's a permanent spot for choosing the front, back, and whatever view. (Nice, but it takes up more real estate on the screen.) Clicking around, I also spotted the plethora of shapes that have been added to Elements. Is this brand new or have I been too deep into my own world?

Hi @Barbara
The shapes are a recent feature, launching early June, the frames at the end of June as well as the opacity slider last week. Not sure if you've also spotted some new products and also the new holiday guide all posted since the shapes launched. You can find out more here: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/bg-p/znews
We look forward to seeing your amazing creations!
Beth

Thanks, @Beth . You proved I've been looking left while everyone else has been looking right.
Anyway, hurrah for shapes!

I just filled out the creator poll mentioned in the link given here by Beth, about the new assets. I needed to give some feedback about how the LINE ASSETS work. I find that the LINE ASSETS are unusable. They are wonderful and there is a long list, but the assets scale only one way. They get bigger. But you can't adjust width if you want height a certain way and you can't adjust height if you want width a certain way. And it's impossible to drag a line to another spot on the page, unless you first make the line gigantic and move the top of the line to the new position and then move the bottom up correspondingly.
The lines are too finicky and nowhere near flexible enough. @Barbara will you try the lines and see how they work for you? Maybe I am just missing something about how to manipulate them. If you share my concerns maybe you will post here in hopes the mods will take note.
Pinterest and Me. We're a thing again.

You're right. Bigger is all you get.
