I wouldn't hold your breath for tissue paper to return in time for this Christmas -  Lisa-B (Mod) advised there is "no return date as of yet" so who knows

We need tissue paper all year round.  I have numerous customers who have their own decoupage businesses that depend on Zazzle to provide consistent, reliable IN STOCK tissue paper.  It seems to me that tissue paper is out of stock more often than any other product which is insane since it's so popular.  I really hope Zazzle fixes the stock situation regarding tissue paper as it goes out so often, it's ridiculous.

I reached out to Zazzle Support last week and they replied they did not have a date as to when tissue paper would return. Yesterday, I reached out to Digiwrap ) the suppliers of Zazzle tissue paper) and here is their reply to me this morning - It sounds like it is a Zazzle problem and not a supplier problem.

Although Zazzle is currently out of stock for our tissue paper, you can still purchase our products directly via our website. They should be back in stock soon but at this time we are unable to determine a definite time line.

I'm glad, too.  However, the last time it came back, it took only a little over a month for it to go out of stock again.  So it sounds like there's an internal issue.  Please, Zazzle, fix whatever is the problem with the stocking of tissue paper.  Again, it's not just the sellers.  I have a rather large number of customers who have their own decoupage businesses.  They rely on Zazzle to provide consistent, reliable tissue paper.  Please fix whatever issues stocking of tissue paper has.  It is a very popular product.

Possibly they didn't order enough blank stock last time to keep up with demand? That's the only thing I can think of. Fingers crossed they ordered a lot more this time around (if that indeed was the case).

That's what I thought, too.  I told Zazzle that perhaps the problem (or one of the problems) is that someone is not ordering enough.  Whatever the problem, I hope this is resolved soon and permanently.

At this conjecture it's not even about when the tissue paper will be in stock but more about transparency into what is really going on. Zazzle owes it's buyers and sellers an honest detailed explanation.

100%.  I'm not sure if Zazzle fully comprehends how many customers have decoupage businesses of their own.  They rely on Zazzle for a reliable and consistent supply of tissue paper.

What is going on with tissue paper?  Why is it out of stock CONSTANTLY?  We can't go a couple of weeks without it being out of stock.  I can't remember who it was but a Zazzler called the supplier, and they said they are not the problem.  

Please tell us what is going on.  This is extremely poor customer service.

Can we please get a response as to why the very popular tissue paper is constantly out of stock?  Tissue paper is popular all year long, not just during the holiday season.  I'm not sure if Zazzle understands how much your customer base buys tissue paper, and how much they depend on a reliable, consistent supply for their own businesses.  

Please understand this is exceptionally poor customer service.  What, exactly, is the problem, and why hasn't it been resolved?

I reached out to the Zazzle team and they emailed me back this afternoon with an answer -

"Due to on going equipment issues it has been necessary to limit orders going on this product in order to fulfill customers orders in a timely manner. I apologize for the inconvenience! "

Thank you very much.  So equipment issues. . .if this is from the manufacturer, then get another manufacturer (which another Zazzler contacted them, and they said the problem is not them).  If it's a Zazzle issue, then Zazzle needs to make fixing these equipment issues a priority as a *ton* of customers depend on a reliable, consistent supply of tissue paper, including for their own businesses.

Thank you for your response.  May I point out that it's not occasionally.  This very popular product has been in and out of stock, consistently, for months.  I very much hope you guys fix whatever production / equipment issues there are since this has been going on for a long time now.

The edit button goes away fast.  How do you get to the back end?  I always find it by accident losing the steps I took.

I'm not seeing any sign of that last night or this morning? I can see though that all colors except white are sold out so unavailable. My guess is that if you chose to list it with one of the other base paper colors, it's being marked sold out /discontinued and may not be showing in the MP as happens with other products. I'd change marketing choice to white on anything that might not be white.
