If you are new, or not, and don't know where to find answers about your store management, or if you should use "fit" or "fill" for your image templates, there is a place to find these answers.
At the bottom of the Zazzle pages (including this forum) there is a "Help" link. Once there find the "Selling Link" and there you have many articles of help at your finger tips. Here are a few of the subjects they cover.
- How to set up your store properly.
- How to deal with your Zazzle payments.
- How to create text and photo templates.
- How to properly title, tag and write descriptions for your products.
- Details store management.
And much more.
There are a few old articles that are no longer accurate. One tool no longer available is "Quick Create".
If you find an article and the information doesn't work, just post in the "Ask A Question" forum for someone to confirm the information is no longer is relevant.
If your products are not selling, these articles could help you achieve better sales. The #1 issue with new creators are their titles, tags and descriptions. Their #2 issue is their designs and templates.

I know that link is there, and yet I always forget about it, so thank you for creating this thread. Just yesterday, someone pointed out a specific Help article, which I read through and which helped me improve some of my titles and descriptions, and therefore my tags.
People, don't be like me, ignoring the information that's waiting for us if we just take a few moments to read it.

Thank you Lynn-Marie for posting this.
Definitely, more Zazzlers need to refer to these pages, saves reinventing the wheel in explanations on the forum!
