Why does the Marketplace Department for Foam Boards Default to Office & School?

A customer recently transferred one of my wedding invitation designs to a foam board, and the marketplace department for foam boards defaults to Office & School (45% MRF) rather than Crafts & Party Supplies (40% MRF), why? The same customer transferred the design to pedestal signs where the MP department default is to Crafts & Party Supplies, so I'm curious, why the difference?

@Laura  It's just how the blank is set up it defaults to Office & School - Promotional Products & Small Business Supplies - Signs & Posters - Posters & Prints

The crafts & Party is the option that you set up when you post for sale but a foam board can go in either

Similar to the pedestal sign - it's initially set up to fall in crafts & party

Thank you @Sara_H, I'm well aware of this though, that I can set the dept when posting for sale, however this was for a design transfer. My question is why is it set up that way, to default to the higher MRF dept for design transfers?

@Laura No I don't think so. Foam boards were around way before MRF shenanigans , it's just the default department that Z has set the blank foam board to be in initially.

So when a design is transferred - it lands in that department where the foam board "officially" lives
