Why does Zazz hold on to my money till the next month?

NOTE: Your cleared earnings (royalties plus referrals) are totaled at the end of each calendar month. If your cleared earnings meet or exceed the threshold of your requested payment method at the end of the month, your next payment will be issued no later than 15 days into the following month.

My question is this..Zazz KNOWS my Earnings at the end of the month, so why does the money NOT transfer then? they hang on to it for upt to 15 days???? If I buy something, OR deposit an amount into PayPal, from NZ, even though I am not in USA, the meoney transfer is INSTANT. SO why can't Zazz deposit my money the next day??? are they earning a nice little bonus of interest on MY Money??  It does not take that long to transfer electronically, since the total will be in US dollars anyway... I would like an answer please mods. This has bugged me for a long time.

while I'm on the topic, why do we even have to wait till the end of the month..if it is manually handled I can understand this, but in this day and age, no excuse for anything not intant in the world of finance....

I believe it is being held in case of returns/refunds.

Hi @Wildart,

Each month-long Earnings cycle is followed by 30 days of Clearance before payment of the accrued earnings can take place. After the earnings have cleared the system, they are queued for processing and are disbursed within the next 15 days.

I will send your feedback along to the team.

Hey Mark, are earrings really calculated at end of the month? because I've kept track and they seem to actually be calculated on the 28th of every month. So there are often 2-3 days of earnings that dont go into the pool for the next payout? So is it just a 30 day system and not a monthly system? does that make sense?
