This isn’t a technical issue so I’ve put it in this forum category. I’m wondering if others noticed and can remember a reason why? I searched but didn’t see anything similar here in the forum.
I have been working on my collections and noticed on Brave, Vivaldi, Opera, Safari & Google, customers aren’t seeing collections if they click on a Z product link and are not signed in (have an account to be signed in).
How many searchers would even have a Z account or be signed in to Z if they are simply doing an internet search?
How many people find a great wedding, bridal shower or whatever occasion save the date announcement who like the design and wonder if there are matching products but don’t see the collection and POOF, they’re off searching somewhere else?
Inquiring minds want to know. 😊

I wonder if it's some sort of A/B testing? I tried using a browser I've never used for Zazzle (Opera), and didn't log in, but did a Bing search for some products, and clicked the links from the search engine. I was able to see the collections under the products. You do have to click on "View Details" or whatever it says, to get to the actual product page. Zazzle has some sort of front page for products now, and underneath that is just a bunch of different products. I know people have complained before about that, because they show a lot of products from different designers, potentially distracting customers away from our designs before they even click the actual product page!

Thanks for commenting, @Connie. I did drill down from the "View Details" that day but your comment made me go back and check the search engine I was using in Opera and Vivaldi. NOW DuckDuckGo shows the collection on both while signed out. SO it may have been all the changes in the background or it was glitch caused that day. I usually wait a day or two to recheck issues so I feel horrible posting something here that turns out untrue or is simply a glitch. 😑
