Here are two sales of greeting cards to US buyers. No Third Party referral, exactly the same selling price, and the same royalty percentages. Yet one apparently earns me double the royalty of the other. Why is that? What am I missing, I don't understand?

It could be related to the "display error" where "none" are actually 3rd party hence the difference in your royalties
Seems like the "display error" is back again as it's been noted by other designers in other threads.
You are not alone
Congrats on the sales!

Thank you Sara_H, that seems a likely explanation. Zazzle has been a depressing place to be over the last few years, with all the changes and extra work for us, so I haven't really managed to keep up with everything. I suppose it was too good to be true to think I had actually achieved two non-3rd party sales. Almost everything now seems to be attributed to Zazzle, and like everyone else, I have noticed that sales have declined and my earnings have halved with the new "marketing fee" change. 😞
