wrong earning calculation: Product costing 133$ with a rate of 14%, results in 0.80$ earning?

Hello,

I hope there is someone who can shed some light.! I recently sold 2 products, each cost in 133$ (after 20% promo off). When I checked my earnings, not only I was surprised to see my rate changed into 12% (from 14%), but  the price gone to 8$ and my earnings were 0.80$ EACH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course I have complained to Zazzle Customer care, where initially they told me there was nothing wrong with it (SERIOUSLY!!!), and now they says they need to check. I mean how this can happen? Anyone who went through the same? Rate changed and wrong royalty calculations?? it sounds like a SCAM to me!

Thank you!

Can't tell from that image if it was a transfer or not because you didn't include the first column. If it's a transfer you'll see a little "t" in the first column of the royalty report, and it will tell you which product it was transferred to.

my two cents: sounds like the customer transferred your skateboard designs to (much) lower value items and secondary content was used, hence the reduction in your royalty rate.

If both of these reasons are true, then a clear explanation needs to be provided on creators’ earnings history reports.

Is your default royalty for your store 12%?  Product transfer sales automatically use your default royalty rate.  If it is not, then I agree with those that said secondary content reduced the royalty rate.
