Zazzle Email Address for Case Issues from Contributors

I reported a problem with my store to Zazzle several months ago. I didn't get a response so raised it in the forum. A moderator gave me a case number several months ago but my issue is still not fixed and I have had no further response from Zazzle - what is the correct email address to raise this issue again?
