Zazzlers stealing designs from other zazzlers

It has happen again for us,, just recently found some zazzler has copied the exact design and we sent them a message and we reported it to zazzle, and she/he pull it down, but today we have gone back to their store and our design was there again, so we have message them again for them to take it down and we have reported it again to zazzle.

My question is, why zazzle does not close that store and stops the people that do that type of thing and stop them from ever having a store in zazzle again. People like that won’t change “once a thief always a thief”

I’ve had to put up with this since 2010 😠 it’s hard enough that we have lost most if not all of our income, I have worked hard since 2008 😢 I am defeated 😞

I am so sorry to hear you lost your sister. My condolences to you and your family.
As for the thief, it seems that Zazzle should ban them after a repeat offense. You are right - once a thief, always a thief.

Don't give up William, I know things are hard right now, especially with your recent loss. Maybe take a break and some well deserved rest. Your sales won't drop further by giving yourself a week or two to regroup and heal. Then come back with fresh eye. I'm working on finding ways to work with the changes and maintain sales or help them pick up. One thing you can try (circumventing any concerns re fees) is to work on referrals not just for yourself but for other Zazzlers ( 15% no fees to think about). Re the copycats ... you're doing the right thing reporting and that's all you can do for now in that regard. It's frustrating I know. Sending virtual hugs.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my youngest brother last year to a horrible illness. Losing our loved ones is so hard. 

I will pray for you and your family that God will give you comfort and peace that surpasses all of our understanding. When you are able, try to remember the happy times you had with your sister. 

I've often wondered how you have been doing.
