2 Questions About Collection Performance & Enable Realview

When we view our own collections, is that number included in the performance numbers? If that number is included, how do you get an accurate count of many are our views and how many are customer views?

How do you turn off (disable) enable realview, if some of the products included don't have images? I cannot turn it off.

Thanks for any help.

I'm also having the same problem in many of my wedding collections. Can't turn off the "enable realview" on a few that don't have all the products populated.

I could be mistaken but I believe unless a) you have all the recommended products and b) you turn them on - RealView's are only viewable by you in the edit collection screen (under edit media) and not by the customer. So you can't turn them off so to speak - they're always there but only you can see them

They'll only appear as a mockup if you Enable RealView by pressing the toggle/button thing (I could be wrong though as I haven't enabled any of mine preferring to create my own mockups)

I just ignore them

Thanks, Sara! I meant that the toggle on a few of them are turned on and I can’t turn the toggle to “off”. I’m just going to wait a while and hope the bug gets worked out. I’m assuming they aren’t going to show to customers bc they aren’t populated with all the products.

@ccswitzer yes the RealViews do auto-populate with the products that are there and that's by design I believe. The Enable RealView toggle should be turned off by default too

If one of your collections is behaving strangely, you should report it in Technical Forum with a link so that the Tech Team can investigate any bugs that you've found as that button should be able to be turned off. Also let them know which browser you're using and whether it's desktop or mobile.

Make sure adblock is turned off on your browser as that can interfere with certain processes I've found.
