Have they been automatically deleted?

@Lisa-B
As a further update, I see that my hidden collections are visible (but only through my member profile; not through the store).
Thanks again!

Question, how do you hide an entire collection? Disable the collection from market place? I may have to do it after Halloween - Thanks

@knightlyattire
in the page of every Collection, go to Collection Channels (upper right corner), and select the Zazzle Marketplace channel to change the Enabled status to Disabled status. in the Your Stores channel, unclick any stores you have selected and click to change the Enabled status to Disabled status.
but IMHO, I wouldn't disable the collection at all. it doesn't happen very often, I've had customers buy (sometimes a long time) after the season is over. so it's a good idea to leave the collection visible all year long.

An opinion. DON'T hide your Halloween Collection, leave it up and running. Your collection is amazing, and I can imagine customers wanting the gorgeous skulls all year long. I'm not into skulls or horns (too old) but I know customers are out there. After the new year you may want to rename the collection until June. Just a few thoughts.

While I sell a lot of Halloween stuff in September and October, my fellow weirdos buy weird stuff/skull stuff/esoteric stuff year 'round. Which is why I have a Weird Sisters store to host that stuff. Keep it up and push it on Pinterest and IG.
