Can't upload new video

I can't upload my new video to the collection because the media button isn't working. I made one yesturday and it went through great. it is on the collection  Vintage & Reto velvet topped stockings please look if you get a chance.

@Doodles I think collection videos are only available if the collection type is set to cross sell (though I could be wrong) https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/the-next-phase-for-collections-is-here-video/ba-p/10745... 

Which type of collection is yours set as?
