There are a lot of problems with your shop and your products. First, your two “about” descriptions say that 1) you are a trusted business partner that offers business products and design solutions — but you don’t. And 2) you are a fashion and apparel shop that offers evening gowns — but you don’t. Then you say you offer all sorts of products — but you don’t. Your about sections are filled with keywords that don’t apply to your shop and products. This is called keyword stuffing. It doesn’t work, it’s not helping you, and it could get your store shut down. It also doesn’t help your potential customers feel like your shop is a trusted shop.
Fix these things first, and then focus on creating items that people want to buy, improving your design skills, learning about search engine optimization, learning about U.S. copyright laws and how to avoid breaking them (I see some anime designs that may be copyrighted).
You can learn how to do all these things by watching YouTube videos, taking online Zazzle courses, and reading books on these topics.

It appears that all descriptions have been written by ChatGPT or something similar. Mobile phone case descriptions describe what a phone case is, rather than the design. The store description seems to be generic advice from AI as to what kind of thing you should write, and much of it is entirely inappropriate. I understand that English probably isn't your first language, so you probably are trusting AI too much without understanding what it has written for you.
