Organizing the collection - A headache for sure

Can we please have the option to organize our collections from the collection page again?  The collections are never in the order I would like them to be in.  I have tried the drop down menus and clicked all the options on there, but they still look messy.  Being able to click on the "Organize" button when viewing the collection and moving them around to my liking meant I could quickly take care of business and then move on.  Please consider putting this tool back in place.

Yes, I also really miss the move forward & backward buttons, a lot. 

If the arrows will not be returned, perhaps the module (?) in the new format that shows all items in a collection could be full width, showing more than 3 per row? And it could just show ALL the items without needing to "load more products"

Sorry, the 3 products per row is on my Samsung tablet. I see there are 5 per row on my desktop monitor, which is more workable.

Showing all the collection items without "load more products" would be a great help, though.
