Wedding suite collection problem

I have a wedding suite collection with 10 products in it.  It shows all the enclosure cards for rsvp and other details as bonus products and it says there is a problem because the collection doesn't have enough pieces?  There are blank spaces recommending these types of cards above. I'm usually pretty good at choosing the correct product to design on in the first place so I can't see how that would be an issue (although I suppose it could be). I have no idea what's going on, can someone help.

I think it has to do with the marketplace department (which, thankfully, you can change under edit details.) If you click on the blank spot for where the products should be, it will show you which marketplace department it's using to fill that slot. I had problems with a bunch of my tabletop signs because they were assigned to wedding signs, and apparently there's now a department for wedding tabletop signs! Gah!

Anyhow, here's an example for wedding guest books:

Thank you.  The cards were on the right type of cards, but Wedding was not the first category.  As soon as I corrected that it popped up in the collection where it should be.

I have products in the "bonus" section instead of the recommended products, but, they are in the right marketplace category. I don't know how to move them? My collection remains in "needs attention" because almost everything is in the bonus products.

Check again.  When I checked mine I thought mine were in the right category, too.  After staring at it for a while I realized that Invitations & Stationery > RSVP Cards is not the same as Weddings > Invitations & Stationery > RSVP Cards.  As soon as I changed them all to begin with the wedding category the problem was solved.  I don't know what category or products you are working with just make sure that the first one is the correct one.

Thanks Diana, I'll go through the marketplace depts again and look more closely to make sure they match.

I am also having this issue so I went back to individual products and "Edit Details" and changed the Marketplace category under Product Info to

Weddings>Invitations & Stationery>Save the Date

vs

Invitations & Stationery > Invitations & Announcements > Save the Dates

I save the changes, but when I go back in to Edit Details, it is still under the original non-wedding Save the Dates.

Does anyone have insight into this or should I open in inquiry under Technical Issues?

thanks

I see now. It just takes a while after changing the Marketplace category for the new category to appear.

A lot of us who have been here for a while are having to make these changes to the top level category weddings because I don’t believe weddings as a separate category like that even existed when we originally posted our products.
