When will these changes go live?

Just curious when the collection changes will go live. I can imagine Zazzle might wait a week or two from the announcement to rolling it out in the public so more collections are ready. Hoping to see a positive impact on our sales.

It does make me re-think creating collections, for instance now I have a Summer themed clothing & sports collection which I'll have to break up match the types. Although I don't see any "summer", "sports" and "clothing" mentioned anywhere. So it might fall under a generic "Home & Living" and "Other" I guess.

Also have to split a birthday greeting card collection into kids and adults specific but some might belong to both, which is possible to add the product to both and set a preferred collection.

Anyway a lot of work and looking forward to see positive changes. At Zazzle HQ they've must have thought long about this change and it probably took a lot of time to develop so I'll trust them. 👍 Only needs some tweaks to make it more perfect.

We've only rolled out the "backend" of the new system so far. So, it's definitely "live" on the site, but it's only for Creators. We're starting the customer-facing changes very soon. We'll share updates when we get there.

I hope soon. You are likely right that they are waiting a week or two for a meaningful number of collections to be properly sorted and given cover photos.

I think it will keep getting tweaked after it goes live to customers. Everybody but the wedding designers has run into the problem of not enough subcategories. And the wedding designers have run into the problem of products not slotting into appropriate recommendation slots. So, work in progress. But hopefully they won't wait till everything is perfect before making it visible.

Well, you guys are both way ahead of me. I didn't realize that it wasn't live yet - the announcement made it sound like it was. I spend several days bashing my head against the wall trying to figure out why none of the changes I made seemed to do anything in terms of how the collection looked!
