It states "Zazzle will send customers who purchase a product from this collection a follow-up email showcasing the rest of your collection."
So if a customer buys a few products from a wedding collection, will they be receiving an email for every product they buy, or will they be receiving one email for every time they check out? I just don't want to appear spammy.
Love the new collection formats, by the way!

@sm That's a really good question.
You can disable sending the email from a cross sell collection I believe by clicking on the email channel and then sliding the blue 'enabled" button (and press save) - that channel will then become disabled and no follow up email will be sent when a customer makes a purchase from the collection (I think)

Thank you Sara. I don't want to disable it in case another customer makes a purchase. I just don't want the customers being spammed/annoyed. I'm hoping that there is something in place that prevents more than one email going to the same customer for the same collection.

It could be that customers usually buy multiple items from a single collection and upon checking out it counts as one purchase from that collection. Resulting in one mail.

It could be. That is what we need to know if the email is sent on our behalf. If the customer buys multiple items from seeing the collection, they shouldn't get an email as they have already seen the collection.
I just want to know how it will work because the email(s) will seemingly come directly from me.
