I cant seem to move an image or text hat I placed manually. The alignment tool is great, but I want to move the text and/or image in a different place.
This is just a quick example of what I mean. I cant move the text more to the right.
It there a way to do it manually?

Some suggestions:
- Are the Text and Image fields GROUPED? If so, ungroup and work with the text only.
- If there is no grouping: Hit the minus icon [-] for SCALE in right navigator, until bounding box edit handles are visible. Make certain that the box is sized to eliminate extra space on right and left. Position and then resize the text as necessary.
Just some of my thoughts without being able to actually see your edit page.

As there's two layers to your design, (image + text) make sure the layer that you're working on is at the top of the stack (check layers tab left hand side in the design tool)
To Align your text to the right (if that's what you want to do,) click the Justification on the left hand side.
As @BKMuir said To resize your text box (not your text) drag the square on the side of the text box (nearest the red delete icon or near the rotate icon)

Squinting at it, I can see that the text layer is beneath the image, which makes grabbing the text box difficult, so as has been suggested, move the text layer to the top. Then resize the box around the text to fit the space into which you want the text to fit, which is something you should always do. Otherwise, a customer trying to personalize the text can easily end up with the text badly positioned.
