How is it possible to ever get an image that's large enough for hte largest size area rug????? I have an image that is 15929x10800 px at 100 dpi, which is exactly 9 feet high and even larger than 12 feet wide, yet I still get the error that it's not big enough??????

I made mine 15000 x 15000 (I made it square so it would work if they changed the shape of the rug they chose) and it worked fine.

My design isn't square. I do have a square version, but part of the design is cut off on the rectangular rugs. I'll try that size, though, and see if it works.

I wonder if this would work any differently if you were using 300 dpi?

@Cat  15000x15000 in png, jpg or else?

I used jpg because the png file was ridiculously huge and I figure for something like a rug you don't need the same level of detail as you would with a printed card or something like that. I think svg would probably be the best bet, but that only works for certain sorts of things.

I believe it was mentioned in a previous thread that 150 dpi is the lowest resolution the template will accept.
