New Product Completely Disappeared After Posting

I just posted a new Holiday Card - a digital drawing I created. The design also contains two Zazzle fonts: Luckiest Guy and (I don't remember) for the customer customization.

The only thing that I did that was unusual was to try to create a new Store Category for this item called "Cards"

It seemed to post correctly, but when I clicked the "see my Product" link the link doesn't work (see Error page below). This happens whether I am logged in or not. 

It is also missing from "Saved Designs"

While I was writing this, I  received a "Your Designs Are Now Available for Sale" e-mail but the link to the product from that image in that mail doesn't work either.

It is now appearing in Products at the Store level, but I cannot edit it

It does not appear in Designs>My Products at the account level

It was a lot of work - where did it go?

note: I definitely did not delete this design.

This product is unavailable due to one of the following reasons:
  • 1. You do not have access to the product  (login)
  • 2. The product ID is not valid
  • 3. The product was deleted by the independent creator
  • 4. The product was removed due to our Acceptable Content Guidelines and User Agreement

When a product is published it's removed from your Saved Designs. That's why it isn't there. At this point, you can find it in your store page.

If you go to your store page and open this product it'll show you that error above. This is an issue that I've helped you with in the Tech thread that you posted in. Hopefully that gets you on your way.
