How come when I design a tie I don't have access to the picture of the tie in the box. Here is an example of the tie in the box

Even if I create a tie from the page of the one with the box, it still doesn't give me the image with the box.

The first image :(tie in the box) was created by the shopkeeper. It is called a "cover image" I think. There are threads discussing their usage and on how to create them.
