Unable to change stroke on active design

I have tried a few times to edit the border on one of my active designs. It's currently pink so I need to change the border for a gender neutral invitation. I have tried twice and I'm not able to change it. The design in question is:

I see no design on there. Have you published the product yet? Do you have a link to that?

Hi! It sounds like you're trying to update the border color on an existing design, but the editor isn’t cooperating. A few things you can try:
Make sure you're in the "Edit" mode and not just "Customize" — sometimes the editable layers are only accessible in full design mode.
If the border was added as part of a background image or layer, it might not be directly editable. You may need to re-upload the design with a new border color.
Try duplicating the product and editing the copy — this sometimes resets any glitches in the editor.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser (Chrome usually works best with Zazzle’s tools).
