Speed Sharer for Promoting from Show Me AND Affiliate Requests boards

By popular demand, I've now updated the Speed Sharer to allow promoting from the Affiliate Requests board as well as the Show Me board.

I've also changed the terminology a little, so 'forums' are now called 'boards'.

I've been using the speed-sharer for real and found I was losing track of which topics (message ids) I'd already promoted and up to when. So I've added a facility at the bottom of the page that permanently stores any notes you make, adding a date at the front of each:

No excuse for losing track of what you've promoted!

I'm pretty sure this is the last update to the new Notes facility in the Speed-Sharer for promoting from Zazzle Community Boards.

You can now edit notes as well as filter them:

I'll give it a few days for any issues to surface and if all is good, I'll start to add it to the other tools, each with their own notes.

Maybe I'll add an option to show notes from other tools as well so you can see them all in one place.
