2 very similar requests on chat. Should I be wary

Within a few hours 2 very similar questions/requests came onto my chat from 2 different customers. I am trying to get more information from both of them, but should I be wary. Is this some elaborate scam that will use my details direct from Zazzle to unknown addresses...

The requests basically are for some of my insert cards. They are inspecting 100's a week that they want to send to each customer. But both of them look like they are looking for single orders one at a time, and sounds like direct from Zazzle to the address that they choose.

First of all I cant see that you can order these cards one at a time unless there is a similar size/price available that I cant see, and also the second customer who asked actually said, minimum order of one, but 100's on a regular basis.

....just had a reply as I'm typing this saying  "do not require unique every time.
we are out of USA that is why we can not ship every card individually we will use zazzle shipping"

Is this odd?

I had a very similar request.  This is the request through chat, "Do you have any card with minimum order Quantity 1 under this price 0.23$.
we want to Send each single card to hundred different addresses on regular basis. Please let me know if you have link."  This was my answer, "Hi thanks for reaching out and considering my design! Sorry I don't believe I do have what you are looking for, so sorry. Thanks again, Sandra"

Yes my second message was "Do you have any card with minimum order Quantity 1 under this price 0.22$......" but the first message was a bit more normal in language saying they are an online seller of various product etc...

Maybe Zazzle are aware of the customer usernames?

I would send them to Customer service and then block them.  It doesn't sound kosher to me, but let Zazzle deal with it.

Could be legit, but if it is, it sounds like they're requesting a service that Zazzle doesn't offer - i.e. they want Zazzle to mail out the cards for them. WHATEVER you do, don't agree to take money from them outside of Zazzle. That's where the scam lies.

I don't know if this is the same scam or not, but years ago there was a scam going around where they would claim they wanted to make some enormous purchase. They'd send you the money ahead of time - this was back in the day, so they sent us a physical money order (this wasn't through Zazzle, it was when I was working for a different organization.) The thing looked legit, and apparently it fools most banks, so they'll deposit it. Fortunately, we smelled a rat and didn't deposit the thing. Then the scammer cancels for one reason or another and demands their money back, so you refund the money. THEN it the fake money order bounces, so you've ended up "refunding" money that you never got in the first place. We tripped them up though, and just mailed back their original money order which we never deposited. I don't know how the scam works with more modern payment methods, but I assume it's something similar.

If a customer has Zazzle black (free shipping) they might think sending out promotional postcards one at a time via Zazzle is cheaper than traditional methods? Not realizing postcards are not less 0.23 or whatever they want to spend.
