This has befuddled me for a while and I'm reaching out to other Zazzlers and the Zazzle team for some insight. Since joining Zazzle, I have referred no less than 1,288,077 potential customers to Zazzle. With 3,955 referrals I calculate I need 326 linkovers to generate 1 referral fee. Is that high? That's not including the ones I've directed via Ascend Pepperjam where my Impressions to Click through rates are insanely high. This is great evidence that my self-marketing strategies are working! I am bringing the customers ... that's my part played! So why isn't this traffic converting to paying customers and of course juicy referrals for me! Is it the price? It can't be the designs, Zazzle have gone above and beyond to ensure the customers see every possible variant, highlighting the best of the best Shipping? Reviews? What are your thoughts? My referrals via Zazzle are not reflective of the 800-1000 plus customers I deliver daily. So what is going wrong? It could be that the traffic I bring already had a cookie (greedy eh!) and that's very possible, but I wonder how other Zazzlers with high linkover results fair with their referrals, are they reflective of the traffic you bring, better or worse than my own results? ie. average 365 per 1 sale. And before ya'll say it, it's not my designs because I refer MANY other designers as can be seen via my one of my websites - cheeky eh! And MOST of my links contain ref ID so I should get the referral whatever a customer buys on Zazzle ... phew! I kindly invite you all to share your experiences and shed some light on this matter. Your insights and perspectives could help unravel this mystery and provide me or Zazzle (as once the traffic is here, what can we do?) with valuable guidance to improve conversion rates. Thank you all for your time and contributions. Let's continue to thrive and inspire one another as we navigate the exciting world of online entrepreneurship! Dear Zazzle I would like to make two requests Bear in mind the above figures 1.For the Promoter Program which requires us to wave goodbye to the referral ID and chance to win a fee on another sellers product, can we have LESS of other sellers products on our pages? Or at least put own collections ABOVE the 'other designers'. 2. Some reward system for those bringing a lot of traffic to Zazzle - perhaps allow us to join your blogging program, we got the lead on seo and marketing afterall! Thank you for your consideration. ps. If ZAZZLERS want to learn how I converted my promotions into traffic to Zazzle, join my course, I have a FREE offer running till the 11th July ... read my feedback so far! Zazzle - I'm sharing my knowledge to increase your traffic, let's work together to convert them into sales!

When linking from Pinterest they are only seeing 6 small items in my collection at zazzle. Has anyone found a workaround for that?

Just sharing what I’ve noticed about linkovers, clicks, and browsing behavior on Zazzle, I’m definitely not an expert on linkovers, but I’ve spent a lot of time looking at my own dashboard and trying to understand what the numbers mean. So I just wanted to share what I’ve noticed in case it helps anyone else. And of course, if I’m misunderstanding something, I’m always open to learning more. For me, linkovers feel a lot like regular shopping. When we go to the mall, we wander in, look around, pick things up, put them back, maybe try something on… and most of the time, we don’t buy anything. It’s just browsing. A click on a referral link works the same way. Someone sees something we shared, they tap it, they look around, and sometimes that’s as far as it goes. A click doesn’t mean they were ready to buy it just means they were curious. I also promote a lot of other Zazzlers’ products. I use my own affiliate referral links, and I have thousands of them floating around Pinterest, my blog, and social media. So when I see linkovers, many of them are simply from the links I’ve shared myself. That’s totally normal. If you promote other creators’ products with your affiliate link, those clicks show up in your linkover history too. Pinterest especially keeps things moving long after the holiday is over. I shared Christmas items after Christmas, and Pinterest is still showing them to people in January. So I get linkovers from that as well. And yes, some of it can be automated traffic every platform has a bit of that but it doesn’t affect earnings. High linkovers with low sales happen to everyone. It’s not unusual, and it doesn’t mean anything is wrong. People browse, save ideas, compare, or come back later. It’s just the natural flow of online shopping. I just wanted to share what I’ve observed in case it helps someone else make sense of their dashboard. And if anyone has more insight or a different understanding, I’m always happy to hear it.

My issue: While I was editing a Pinterest pin, I noticed "https:go.skimresources.com" in front of my copied and pasted link from Zazzle. This appeared in every manual pin on the top 4-5 rows. They were pinned in the last week or so. I initially thought someone was hijacking my link. I've tried contacting Zazzle and Pinterest on this but got a standard reply to clear my cache. lol According to Google, that is what is happening. Pinterest would be getting my extra commission if I made a sale. Has anyone run into this? This is my first post to community so if I've done something incorrectly, don't be too harsh.

Considering overall high end designs of my Zazzle store, is this situation something common? See screenshot attached. My royalty rate is not set much high.

Not sure if this should be in Technical or Ideas or Ask a Question so parking it here. "throw pillows" have three size choices of 16x16, 20x20, or lumbar 13x21. But there's a separate listing for "accent pillows" which are 12x16. To me "throw pillow" and "accent pillow" are interchangeable terms, both meaning a decorative pillow as opposed to a bedding pillow. But whether you search for just "pillows" (1,235,757 results) or use the Site Map link to Home & Living --> Pillows (440,365 results), the category options offer no distinction for throw or accent. And no combination of Category choice and other filters let me narrow it down by size. It has Nursery, Outdoor and Indoor as shapes?? Wouldn't 'nursery' be a theme and outdoor/indoor be fabric choices? "throw" vs "accent" seems like an arbitrary distinction based on sizes that customers have no way to search/sort/narrow down by. There should be a size filter for pillows, and at very least, a choice in the main Category filter of Throw or Accent since Zazzle has them separated as two different product types.

Since last year, I have created several products for wedding anniversaries, products such as paper plates, napkins or cutting boards. In the past few days, I have searched a bunch of them in the public search menu, and not little was my surprise that none of them show up. The tags I use are mostly the same as always, the products are not hidden nor in need of optimization, as some of them were created 2-3 months ago. Any tips to what I am missing? I'll leave here as examples a few products that apparently do not exist in the public marketplace: https://www.zazzle.com/60th_diamond_wedding_anniversary_elegant_winter_paper_plates-256079320184649032 https://www.zazzle.com/any_wedding_65_elegant_floral_anniversary_paper_plates-256571362257769132 https://www.zazzle.com/two_birds_on_a_branch_60th_wedding_anniversary_engraved_cutting_board-256020804426897510 Thanks.

I was scrolling through leggings at marketplace today and discovered that there is a blind spot in the mockup designs and that blind spot is probably costing creators sales. When leggings are shown styled as activewear / fitness the customers may scroll past thinking “I have enough workout gear” I am not sure why creators don’t show the legging or tank top in different mockups such as a casual shopping at the mall or work at the office look. In my opinion I think showing the mockups styled with different fashion looks would help sell the top or legging. (Attract another customer) not just activewear. Isn’t it better to sell a possibility, with your mockup by showing them “this legging isn’t just activewear” In my opinion I think you might sell more leggings and tank tops if you showed the customer how to put together the casual, business, or date night look. ( I am adding 3 fashion look mockups to products to show customer how to create a unique style) I want to create a need for a product, I want to sell style, plus active or jean looks. While logged out I went to see what it would be like for a customer to personalize a product. It is way to cumbersome and time consuming, just to edit text they are taken into the designer page and when they are done they need go through several pages until they get to the buy page. It was way easier and faster before where the customer could edit text right from the product page and if they wanted further customization they could click a customizing button. If I was a customer I would not bother with it and I'd just go buy somewhere else.

Lifestyle mockups and lifestyle advertising have been around for decades. This isn’t some new invention or hidden secret that only a few know of. it’s a practice that’s been taught in fashion merchandising schools, used in catalogs, and refined in every era of product presentation. From department store window displays in the 1950s to styled magazine ads in the 70s, lifestyle imagery has always been about one thing: helping customers imagine themselves with the product. Fast forward to today, and POD sellers are just continuing that tradition in digital form. And here’s the truth: nobody should be paying to learn how to do lifestyle mockups. The information is already out there, free and accessible. A quick Google search will bring up millions of “how‑to” guides, templates, and tutorials. What really makes lifestyle mockups successful isn’t the technical side it’s the ideas and prompts behind them. Talking with other POD creators, sharing what settings work (cozy home scenes, outdoor adventures, styled fashion shots), and swapping prompts is often the best way to learn. Community conversations spark inspiration that no single class can capture. I have another discussion at the community forum where creators are sharing what free AI’s are best for mockups, what prompts work, and problems that they are having. It’s a great discussion because we are helping each other. That is how you learn more about lifestyle mockups. I searched online for the historical timeline of mockups through the years and this is what I found…sharing just for fun. 1950s–1960s: Department store catalogs and window displays staged products in lifestyle scenes. 1970s–1980s: Magazine ads and fashion shoots leaned heavily on lifestyle imagery to sell products. 1990s: Digital tools like Photoshop made polished mockups easier to create without full photo shoots. 2000s–2010s: E‑commerce marketplaces adopted lifestyle mockups as standard practice for online selling. Today: POD sellers use digital mockups and AI tools to place products in endless lifestyle contexts. Let’s talk about lifestyle Mockups: How do you use lifestyle mockups in your store? What prompts or settings have helped your products connect with customers? Do you prefer natural everyday scenes or more styled, aspirational ones?

I've been having this problem for a few weeks. The downloadable images of my product are now separate-- the front graphic, lettering on front and a 3rd one for lettering on back. I use PlaceIt and it only allows one image. I've used a workaround for the past week but it takes me forever. So far it's like this for Paper Cups and Can Glasses. Wasn't at one time, the 2 artwork images to download, were front and back, with lettering or all layers on them? I've searched and looked and can't find this topic. Thanks for any advice. @itsMolly

I’ve been thinking a lot about lifestyle mockups lately, especially the ones we use for blankets and home décor, and I ended up wandering into some research about whether adding a cat or dog actually makes a difference. And honestly, it was such a pleasant surprise to see how much it can help. It turns out that when there’s a pet in the scene a sleepy dog curled up on a chair or a cat tucked into the corner people tend to linger a little longer. The whole image feels warmer and more inviting, almost like you’ve stepped into someone’s quiet afternoon. It creates this gentle emotional pull that a plain product photo just can’t match. I found myself smiling at the examples, because it really does change the mood. Of course, the blanket still needs to be the feature, but a pet resting nearby adds a sense of life and comfort without taking over. It’s the difference between showing a product and showing a moment that animal lovers can relate to. Do your mockups with pets seem to get more attention, or do you prefer a clean, pet‑free look? Here’s one of mine…When your Golden Retriever loves your fleece blanket you know it’s a keeper! Botanical blue and pink Hydrangea by Susang6

Hi , I see there is a new way to personalize products for customers. After clicking 'Personalize this design', a new page opens and on the right, the product and personalization elements are visible, while on the left, you enter your details. This is a fantastic solution, but unfortunately, I don't know how to activate it for my shop and products. I tried to find this option in the settings and I can't find it anywhere. Can someone please advise me on how to activate it?
