Suddenly Zazzle is opening tons of new tabs, please make it stop. It's happening on both normal edits and transfers. It's making my browser chaos. And maybe this has something to do with why the replace tool is missing all of a sudden. For a normal product, if I click in to one of my products, hit 'edit this design', it opens an entirely new tab for the design tool, while leaving the duplicate product tab I just hit the button on. If you hit 'transfer design' (either from on the product page or from the backend product feed dropdown), choose the item you want to make, it opens one new tab (like it always has). Then when you hit 'edit this design', it opens the design tool in a second new tab. It happens whether you are logged in or not. Both Chrome and Safari.

I just noticed that business cards are now selling 50 per pack and no longer 100 per pack. When did Zazzle change this?

On the community post listed here I described changing the marketplace department to "postcard" on many of my designs that were listed as greeting cards. At this point I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve tried changing them. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/share-your-tips-tricks/products-located-in-incorrect-marketplace-department/td-p/246240 Keeping that in mind, yesterday I designed a birthday postcard making sure it was designed on a "postcard" and that the marketplace department showed postcard. I posted it and at the time of posting it showed "postcard" as the Marketplace Department. It had/still has “postcard” added to the title but when I checked this morning the Marketplace Department shows Invitations & Stationery > Greeting Cards > Birthday Cards. If this is a glitch, I’m making staff aware of it. If something is changing with the Marketplace Departments please let us know so we are aware where the postcards belong. with the way things are now I dont list new art anymore as a matter of fact I removed alot of it because I'm not gonna let Zazzle make a huge profit off my art when I make pennies its Rediculous! NOw that they take more the least they could do is at least let us buy our own stuff at a discount! Ive been printing out my own designs and selling them and making more money than i make here. The earnings here are an insult!!! After I get my next payout Im probably going to remove everything and just do it all myself. I only used Zazzle cause I liked the convenience of not having to print my own stuff and ship it out but now its just not worth it for a few cents!

Hello, When doing a zazz.com/bestsellers search, does any know if the "Best Selling Last Year" is for the calender year eg 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, or if it is the last 12 months from your search i.e. 28 May 2025 to 28 May 2026? I cannot find any information about this in the help articles. Thank you.

Zazzle is suppose to issue royalty payments around the middle of the month for the previous month. I have not received mine, nor have I heard from this company. Is anyone else having the same problem? They won't talk person to person when I call their number. They refer you to their website.

Before I as able to click on my logo and the drop down menu would apear with the product tab. Now I have to click on my logo and on the drop down menu click on my stores and then I have to click on one of my stores and then I am able to click on products. So now I have to click 4 times instead of 2, more importantly, now I have to wait for 4 pages to load instead of 2. This is very time consuming when I am creating lots of products, can Zazzle please put the product option back on the original drop down box please.

Was amazed to find that I was able to edit the title and descriptions of pins that I've shared using the Zazzle share button! I've been making manual pins for quite a while because without keyword-rich titles and descriptions there was no hope for them to be found in a Pinterest search. It's still not ideal, in that the share button still doesn't add this info from our product pages, but at least it's slightly less work to just edit them than it is to create each pin from scratch. Doing a little happy dance ... 😁

There has been a good bit of conversation about the PhotoPop designs on several Zazzle products. Indeed, I joined some of it. The truth is that the PhotoPop design element, so far, belongs exclusively to Zazzle Studios - their own production company. It has not been offered as an option to independent designers. I have requested it as, I think, others have done. We'll see. In the meantime, several designers (myself included) came up with a workaround to produce the same effect. But it means the customer has a bit more work to do and they often don't want to do the extra work or they don't get it right because it is a bit difficult for the designer to explain in the description. It isn't hard to do so I came up with a short video (less than 5 minutes) that explains the process. This replaces an earlier one I made but this one is much shorter than the earlier version and more succinct. Feel free to use it if you have been doing workarounds to duplicate the PhotoPop feature. I dont know if I am the only one who finds the new color tool annoying to work with. Let's say I select a color blue Hex code #00AEEF for the text on the front side of a card. When I go to the back side of the card or when I go to edit the card again, I see several almost identical shades of blue in "recent colors". I have to go back to the other place and check which HEX code matches. It isn't consistent either, sometimes it will only show the exact color I used before, sometimes it will show 3 almost identical colors. No rhyme or reason. It is very frustrating when trying to design a suite of cards with a certain palette. I can't rely on the color menu and have to enter the HEX codes repeatedly so that my items match. And if I happen to click one of the closely matching colors in "recent colors" it only seems to reinforce the tool to keep showing me that color over and over. The old tool did not do this.
