I know that it is possible to block other Zazzle users in the Zazzle chat, but is it possible to block an individual user/store from viewing my store and products? (Without setting the products themselves to the general "hidden" status)
No can do, not without setting both store and products to hidden. I believe people can hide their stores, which doesn't preclude their products from showing up in the marketplace.
