I have just spent 10 minutes trying every possible combo of Captchas and still have not been able to log into my store.

Can I please ask that better images are used -

How is it possible to see all of the traffic lights in the distance when the image is fuzzy?
Do you click on part of the image that has just a mm showing of part of the requested image?
What precisely needs to be included in the image to be accepted..

There has to be a better way...  and still I can't get in.

Their recent changes to captcha apply to every single product upload.

You don't just have to deal with that captcha nonsense when logging in, or every 20-30 uploads to make sure you're not running a bot. You now have to fill out the captcha each and every time you upload a product.

I'd recommend switching over to RedBubble and Society6 until this gets sorted out.

Me too!  I have hit every single bus over and over and over until there are no more and it still sends me to another puzzle.  I think I've had to do 5 puzzles hitting buses, hills, cars, cross walks, etc. over until there are no more images of what it is asking (and I am sure) and yet I'm still send to a new puzzle to click.  Is this really necessary?  Who comes up with all this hassle?

I've had the same issue - captcha after catcha -- can't even see half of them.  Taking me 10 minutes or more just to get into zazzle.  driving me insane (and that's a short drive)

@zazzle mods—

@Roberta— Yesterday averaged 15-20 min each time. (I timed each one) Even tried deleting history and cookies, closing and reopening browser still lousy captcha experience. Please zazzle get a different captcha company. Or retool this one.  This one is beyond awful. If this is what the customer is experiencing then they will not take it, will quit and go elsewhere. And before zazzle suggests it is me, I checked four other of my pods, absolutely no problem signing in. (Mac,Firefox browser, FiberOptics carrier)

@zazzle,Something to consider, for the user, this may have to do with the time of day and amount of traffic on the server….

idraw - I also cleared cookies/browsing - had no effect. Also no problem with other PODs so def a Zazzle issue.
