I am very thankful for the initial opportunity to build some digital stores on Zazzle. And Zazzle is becoming very demanding requesting more and more work from designers. No matter how much work you do it never seems to be enough and selling via Zazzle is becoming a slaverish task. People wake up! I have been having big discounts monthly from my towel sales due to "cancellations" without transparency. Towels are not meant to be cancelled for health safety reasons!. Also, I noticed many interferences when somebody wants to buy some of my products. So many popping windows offering alternative products. I hope something can be fixed. Have a good day!

@Kristine As a former seller and still in good standings, not terminated by the site(s) in question I can tell you that eBay and Etsy are quite demanding as well but on top of it they nickel and dime you to death while Zazzle lets us sell without listing fees which I highly appreciate.
Concerning the ads I fully agree with you, it seems highly counterproductive to me and it doesn’t make me happy. Maybe that’s the only way for Zazzle to stay in business? I don’t know but I kinda wished I knew, smile.
Yes, I have gotten two cancellations too (within hours, not days so definitely before the items were shipped). Buyer remorse? Yes, it would be great to know the reason for cancellations. I agree with you here too.

It would be nice to have a Cancellation form for buyers. This way we may know the reason. It can be personal, due to the design, or the product quality, Thus, we can improve what we do to please customers. Let's move forward in harmony!

If they were to create form for customers' cancellations, it would be best if the cancellations it applied to happened only after the product was shipped. I see a lot of decision-making problems where the person decided that, no, they don't want this one, but instead they want that one. Then there are those who realize they haven't edited all the text fields or made a mistake in one of them. I've seen the latter occur three and four times before they get it right.
