how much time does it take to consistently hit $300/per month on Zazzle? I would like to know your roughly consistent monthly income on Zazzle.

It’s different for everyone. If you’re consistent and make unique designs that people buy and can find with your keywords, it might not take that long. It took me a few years of occasionally doing it. I just started again a few months ago really working at it. This was also a time I saw a huge decline in sales and I more than doubled my item count in this time. I make about 1/2 of what I did before adding/ doubling my store. Who knows? There are also consistent sales with a few items and some just have one, many have none.

It isn't the same here as it is out there in the employer-employee world where you're affected by how well you do your job and how vital it is to business. Here, you can expect nothing other than of yourself. Figuring out what you do well and how to attract customers is what it's all about, and this doesn't necessarily correlate with time spent. As for consistency, a lot of outside forces can fiddle with that end of things, everything from what's going on inside Zazzle to what's going on in the world.

No one can give you the answer to your question.

My experience has been this: I started on Zazzle in 2014. I had no idea what I was doing and just added photos or things I thought might sell to some of the products available on Zazzle. It took me about a year to consistently earn greater than $300.00 per month operating this way. With each increase in monthly earnings, I wanted more. I eventually found some training that changed things for the better and gave me much more consistent results with wonderful growth in earnings. See this recent post in the forums for how I grew my Zazzle business: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/no-sales-to-many-zazzle-sales-may-this-pos....   You can achieve MUCH MORE than $300.00 per month applying the principles of good training. Much of the training available is FREE!

I agree wholeheartedly @DancingPelican  - my Zazzle path has been very similar to yours. Training has definitely been key for me (and still is).

Thank you so much for such a helpful reply!

You are very welcome, @digitalpri. I wish you much success with Zazzle!  -Susan

I started how many do, as a hobbyist and I even had my 'then' 9yr old daughter creating things and she sold some too! It was a few years later I thought I'd take it a bit more seriously and things were SOOOOOOOOO different back then. We can't even compare. Even this last year, there have been so many changes that the old ways of doing things just don't work anymore. It is a case of constantly having to adjust to challenges and changes and this year it seems many more than ever before.

That said, I started by setting myself 'targets' and I got myself a 'buddy' to keep me company online, my spirits up, and as a bit of friendly competition. So the first target might have been £200 a month after 3 months, then when that target was reached, we'd double it, and so on and so forth. There were a LOT of mistakes, a LOT of innovations, a LOT of products! Some of us had 300,000 products at one point, before Zazzle had us trim down to under 100k. I'm now at maybe 45,000 products?

The significant changes came with the introduction of new niches, large and micro. Niches are not bullet proof however as there are many factors that can dent them or wipe them out altogether ... overnight. Hence you can't get too comfy, and do not put all your eggs in one basket. Most importantly if you're serious about Zazzle for an income, play the long game.

Invest time now doing things 'properly' to enjoy rewards later.
