discounts

Only being with Z for a little over a year, this was the first time I have notice there was no discount at all.

Do you all think this is going to be the norm now or are they making more changes.

I hope not, the referral changes with all my sales being 3rd party is bad enough.

Thank you

i am seeing a 15% discount on every product I have looked at this morning throughout many departments. Maybe it's sitewide?  Save 15% with code AUGUSTSAVE15

I put that in and got a discount. I have had so much trouble with Z. I don't know why,  but there is no discount on anything I look at. Crazy wild. thank you

Rena, the 15% sale shows on the product page, just under the product price. I am attaching a photo of one of your products to show where the discount is showing in red. I blurred out the product name for privacy.    augustsave15 zazzle sale.jpg

I have no clue

I wonder if it's browser related? I use Google Chrome and Safari. Both browsers show the 15% discount in red under the price.

I'm also not seeing an automatic sale price today. It's a good thing though, because a store could run into trouble if they have everything on sale forever. They have to be able to show that they sell things at the full retail price, otherwise the sale price is the real price and they're misleading customers.  The same thing happens at grocery; certain items are on sale 9 times out of 10, then you go one random week and it's the full retail price. Then next week, back on sale.

I guess the sale changed as I am seeing "You save 20% (AUGUSTSAVE20)" on tissue paper both signed-in on Firefox and anonymously in Opera.

I noticed that too. When I do keyword research, “sale” comes up as a top Google search term. It might be Zazzle’s way of competing in that space.

So it wasn't just me then. Some of my friends said tha there were no % off under the names as usual either.

thank you

When you buy your own items - if you do it correctly - you get the referral fee and no marketing fee deduction. So that is the same thing as an “employee discount.”

I would love for an perfect explanation for this because I have yet or some of the ones that use my affiliate link to get what they are suppose to get or they get nothing at all since all the changes. They have emailed and called.

Thank you very much.

@Rena  There are no discounts for designers directly but you can make savings by keeping an eye on the coupon page https://www.zazzle.com/coupons and  https://www.zazzle.com/offer+details#primarypromo

Those pages change with the different % discounts and special offers on particular products throughout the year (also include products that won't be on offer too)

Yes I knew that you didn't get discounts as a designer and I am signed up for the free shipping to get the 30% off discounts and they are even coming farther apart than they did when I first started.

But they are not showing any discount on what every I open up today. Friends are saying the same thing but I tried what @DancingPelican  suggested with putting int the August15 code. If someone doesn't know that just like a regular customer then they may not purchase and think I will come back later for the % off. Some may and some may not.

thank you
