My earnings payment has suddenly been cancelled with no explanation! This comes one month after earnings were paid late for the very first time. What is going on?
A question mark beside 'cancelled' simply states,
"The most common reason for a cancelled payment is an incorrect legal name or SSN.
Check that you have filled out all of your Payment Settings correctly.

Please can I have some kind of explanation. I have payments to make and I have received no information from Zazzle regarding this.
