The other night I ordered a few cards and made an error in the process.  This resulted in a sale that was not credited to me.  I did not catch the error in time to cancel it.  It was just a few cards, so I was not worried about it.

But it seems that my card is now in the MP with no credit to me.  This seems all sorts of wrong.  But the biggest worry for Zazzle is now they are selling a product with licensed graphics that they don't hold the license to.

What do I do?  Report the design?  Will that trigger a take down for my properly licensed product?  These cards need to be removed from the marketplace.  It really is not right that because I personalized something without turning it into a new product associated with my store, that I've now created a product that can compete with my design (it is my design) and that I can lose sales to it.

I will provide the product numbers to a Zazzle employee through chat.  I'm not going to post them here.  I can't believe that a simple mistake can result in such a thing.  How many designers accidentally create a product that is an exact match for there own product and have it appear in the MP due to this simple error?  This process does not seem right or fair.

Please instruct me on how to get the 3 cards removed from the MP.

Thanks

PC

Unlikely that we'll have a product in the marketplace that isn't attached to a store. It's very likely that you're looking at a private product. Go to that product page, then copy the URL, and paste it into an incognito browser. It'll probably say the product is Private.

I've checked all of the Product IDs in your recent order and I can't open the Private products unless I'm logged in as you.

Thanks for your reply.  I'm using FF and when I opened a private page I was still able to get to the product.  I wondered if that was because I was still signed in here so I opened a different browser and the page did indeed come up as private.  This sets my mind at ease as I clearly did not understand the process and what I thought was happening really did not make sense to me... and as you've proven, my understanding of what was happening was not correct.  Sometimes I love being wrong... lol.

Thanks for the quick reply.  It is appreciated.
