Etsy store with stolen Zazzle content

I found this Etsy store with some of my invitation backgrounds used without permission https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ABVdesigncompany?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=294152673. I have contacted this person and asked to remove the times; we will see if that works.

I hope none of the other designers will find any of their stuff there, but even Disney is not immune 😉

You need to contact Etsy directly and they will make them remove it

Etsy's advice is to contact the offending person directly. I have contacted them and they removed the design.

They still have tons of Zazzle invitation designs in their store, so if anyone finds anything that belongs to them I'd suggest to do the same.

Here's why I would have sent a DMCA notice to Etsy.....

You know for a fact they used your work w/o permission and you recognize the work of other designers and companies in their store....
Since you were able to resolve your issue with the infringer Etsy has no paper trail of it - the infringer got a pass and has no strike against them, something necessary for repeat infringers to have their accounts smacked.
