I can see on here that the issues with the featured products has gone back a year, I know it has been longer as I have phoned and emailed about it back then. If I add anything it is going to stay forever. I can not delete ANYTHING form my featured products and I would really like to some day.
And yes I go into the featured products and on each individual one I click actions and then remove and nothing.... ever
Is there a magic trick and I am just not getting it? Over a year ago I kept getting told it would be looked at, no help on if I am doing it wrong, on here it looked as if others had asked then too and tried. Or maybe have it locked in place and no idea. If anyone else is having issues or anyone else got ideas?
I really do not want Zazzle to say we are looking into it, I want to hear it is fixed. Thanks
