The insitu for the CamelBak Eddy® shows the side and not front of the design. Can this be altered please @James ?

edited to add - that's if the design is put on the front layer - off to use the full option so it can wrap round. Sorry 🙂

Yes, please give us at least 1 insitu for the new water bottles that shows the front side of the bottle with our design prominently displayed. With insitus being so important now to have our products show up in the marketplace, these particular insitsus do not help us very much to show off our product when the design in on the front of bottle only. Here is an example to show what I am talking about. Notice the insitsus not showing the design.

I was *just* perusing the Spoke Custom product catalogue earlier this morning, and the CamelBak water bottles caught my attention. Coincidence, no? 😉

Anyway ... these are very nice additions to Zazzle product portfolio!

ETA1: The in-situs are superb!

ETA2: for Merchandising Options, could we add

(1) this style only
(2) this style and size only
(3) this style, size, and color only

Thank You!

That would be great to have the different merchandising options. The Thor Copper Vacuum Insulated Bottles should be listed by themselves and the CamelBak Eddy listed by themselves. Not all designs will fit on all the products and there is no way to set the merchandising options separately.

Thank you Zazzle for the ability to set the merchandising options separately, by color, style and size.

Great new products! If you're working with Camelbak, I would absolutely LOVE to be able to design for their standard bike water bottles (or even better for the Podium and Podium Ice line of products.) As an avid cyclist, I know there is a pretty big market for custom bike bottles especially as give aways for charity rides and the like.

These are great!
The insitus are placing the centered artwork on the side of the bottles, so the design doesn't show correctly on the default / first insitu.

Also, I noticed that the text, especially white script, is not displaying very crisp or clear (not as nice as it previews on the original water bottles we've been working with for a while), it looks broken up and overly thin and is hard to read.

These are a great addition to the water bottles. It would be nice to have the in situ views show the front.

Absolutely love this new addition.
Question: Can "Camelbak" be used as a keyword or is it strictly a brand name?

Hey @James I'm just adding to the requests to adjust the "Front" and "back" views of the bottle.  Either the in situ pics are not labeled correctly, or the front / back areas of the design tool are placing the images in the wrong spot.  When I add a design in "front" view, it only shows on the side of the bottle.  Also, any "full" image I add places the wrap line on what appears to be the side of the bottle instead of the back -  so it's right next to the left edge of my front image.  I have a ton of designs I'd love to post but a little nervous that the placement will turn customers off.  I hope I'm making sense here.  Lol

Thanks!

I had made a new inquiry in the Ideas and Suggestions forum, but perhaps it is needed here instead. There are no dimensions given in the Thor insulated bottle descriptions, and I think customers would like to know that info. I certainly would like to know! Thanks!

I was just coming to find what the dimensions are. We really need them.

when is the design migration from existing bottles taking place? None of my existing designs have been added to the new products. We were told not to recreate existing designs

still hoping for a response

Will the Thor /CamelBack water bottles be available on international sites? Just checked .co.uk and they're not showing up. Thanks!

I noticed that the two largest sizes of the Thor vacuum insulated water bottles are not available in "silver." Was this intentional, or is it a bug in the product color selections when switching from the 22 oz to the 2 other larger sizes?

when is the product migration going to occur? We were advised that existing bottle designs would be migrated to new products but that was several months ago. Should we instead be transferring our designs to the new products?

@James Are these water bottles printing without white ink? I'm trying to have a white design and text on the navy water bottle, and the white text looks like it's disappearing. The design element doesn't look very white, either.

I've also made some bottles printing on the white option (without a white background), but the mockups make it look like the artwork, type & photos are outlined in grey. I'm sure it would print fine but I'm concerned that this might scare off potential customers.

Does anyone know if/when the corrected in-situs will be in place? It's really a shame that we can't use them as cover photos or promo pics 😕.

Hey all,

I've passed the in-situ issue on to our team now.

Thank you for letting us know!

when this product was launched it was supposed to be set up so that it would be an option to purchase any water bottle and we were advised there was no need to product transfer/duplicate designs. This never happened. Should we now duplicate all our existing designs to add the new water bottles?

Hi!  it's been another couple months since the last time this was asked - will our old water bottles be migrated or do we need to do that work ourselves?

Hi @MLeWallpapers,

I am sorry that there was no update posted on this, I have flagged it with our team again and we will post an update once we have an answer. Sorry again about the delay.
