one of the things that can really put a cherry on top of a sale is the feedback I get from customers--especially if it's a glowing commendation--but even those that are not given five stars can, with the inclusion of constructive comments, help to close the loop and offer ways to improve from concept to production.

here's a 5-star review that I received today from a happy customer who celebrated an awesome milestone recently. she was very pleased with the ability to personalize, the print quality, and the quality of the product.

I love being able to personalize my parents' 65th Wedding Anniversary right down to customizing the labels on the wine and champagne bottles! And every detail can be personalized which is awesome. Thanks Zazzle for making my parents' 65th anniversary party dazzle!

Perfectly! The labels were just the right color, and they are so easy to peel on and adhere to the wine and champagne bottles. They are just perfect, or as my sister said, "WOW!

I don't have many reviews (haven't figured out yet how to check international sites for them) but this one really made me smile when I found it, especially the recommended uses and part about safeguarding her street cred 😉

@ColsCreations , to see the non-U.S. (international) customer reviews, you'll need to log into each of the domains where you've made sales from (individually -- tedious, I know) and check to see if reviews have been posted there (for me, that tends to be the Australian, U.K., and Canadian domains).

Thankyou. I went to Australia first as they seem fond of my tissue paper over there. Then I went to New Zealand as it was nearby. Then I went to Switzerland - German version and being another successive log-in it triggered the "click each square with a bicycle tire in it" type test. But uhm, since I don't know the language I didn't know what it wanted me to identify in the pictures.

I guessed a couple of times and was wrong, then resorted to copying/pasting the text into Google translate, then clicking squares. After 6-7 picture tests I finally got it right and got in.  After that I didn't try to go to any other domains.  I'm confident now I have no odd reviews out there though, Australia was the only one I thought was a maybe.

I'll say it again: I wish all the reviews, from all the domains, U.S. and non-U.S., got consolidated onto the zazzle.com domain. Would save us a lot of Marco Polo'-ing!

About the Product
Great mug, it holds coffee and tea very well. The handle is great for holding your beverage without burning your fingers. I don't know how I have made it this far without this mug. If I had a time machine, I would go back in time and buy this mug. If I had a robot assistant I would fire it for not making me buy this mug sooner. If I won the lottery I would buy one of these mugs for everyone I know. If a mug could run for Mayor I would vote for this mug. Excellent quality mug.

The printing is wonderful. It makes me smile every time I look at it. And the design is nothing short of inspirational. It may be the best printed mug in the whole wide world. I mean, just look at it. How can you not want this beautiful mug? The person who designed this mug is very talented and has a glowing spirit. I wish all mug designers were this good.
