Very much appreciated. I hardly ever noticed likes on products and now I shouldn't miss them.

I absolutely love this feature .... Now I don't have to go into each sale to see what has sold and it is an instant lift when I see that I have notifications😊

Hi, Love your wedding creations. When I view your categories there are color choices with the category picture. Did you make these? The icon looks like the same thing you see on item description pages with different colors grouped.

I love being able to see who liked my products. I was having a kind of glum afternoon yesterday and thinking there is really no point in designing anything. Then I happened on the notifications showing me lots of people who were liking my products. That really picked up my spirits and chased the gloomies away!

I like it. Likes had been off my radar (even though they are a statistic) but that little red dot on the bell made my day. Also nice to see a sale merely by logging in.

I have notifications that I received likes, but when I look at the product that was liked, it still shows 0 likes

same here! a lot of them don't show on the product page. Otherwise  a great new feature!

Love it! I normally, obsessively check sales, & this will hope help me break that habit!  haha  And I really appreciate the "likes" notification feature. There wasn't ever any good way to previously see who was liking my products & now there is. Makes me feel better seeing that, especially when sales are down.

This is great news, very practical. I didn't know my products received so many likes. I would also like to be notified when orders are canceled or returned.

It is also a way to manage your store. You never know the reason for the return, but if a product is returned very frequently, you may need to review it. For me it is not negative, I do not like it, but I also learn from it. Now I'm going crazy looking for what was returned because you have to look for the pink on the sale date. I only know that there was a refund because there are different figures, but what was it? Good to Know.

Same for me, I would love to have a notification on cancellations. It is impossible to find the lasts cancellations in the Royalty History.

Curious as to how long it takes for a "like" to show up on the product. I just checked several products that were liked back on June 26 and the likes don't show a number. The only reason I can tell is that they are still at 0. Several others that have new likes already had a number so I can't tell with the earlier ones.

I wrote this elsewhere before this feedback thread was posted, but I do wish that the notifications were in a different color other than RED because to me, a brighter or red color would indicate that something NEEDS attention. And with it right next to the chat area, I have to double-think where to go/what I need to do. Respond or check on my own time because no response is required. : )

 

I kinda agree with this, maybe a nice bright green - as in making money green lol would be neat!

I'm happy with the notifications.  Just curious, is there any benefit to our stores when we receive likes? What does Zazzle do with the information that someone has liked our store?  Do they promote that particular product to the customer, or is it just for our knowledge that someone liked a product?

@SORS I think it does go into the whole “popularity” algorithm when our products get likes, same with views. I appreciate the notifications of the likes, because then I can see which products are getting attention, and hopefully will start selling if they are new products.

So happy with this update! I love it! Hopefully in the future we could have a seller app with a little "Cha-Ching" - that would be fantastic!
