Thank you for these bigger bars!  I love them. I think it would be nice to have a mockup with both the front and back view of an assembled bar.  I like to design on both sides, and it would help so much when we're promoting them.

Missed addressing this flaw. I absolutely agree, there should be a preview showing both front and backside together so people see at first sight what the whole product looks like. Same problem as on other products without a preview that shows both sides, such as pillows or ornaments. One more product that is yelling for custom mockups.

Oh, these are nice. I would love the chocolate boxes to come back in some way, these were truly great.

IMO it would have been nice if there would be additional design areas both for only the front and only the backside, like on other products (front / back / background). On the actual full-wrap ("background") design area, the backside content must be turned by 180° if you want to get a correct backside print on the final bar that is not upside down when you turn the bar. The backside preview is also wrong on a correctly designed wrap, it should be rotated by 180°, too.

Not a big deal for the DIY customer if they choose the simple way, but for designers who want to offer professional-looking merchandise for businesses I personally would suggest making it right, as you would do in a regular product-packaging design job.

I have posted a quick "tutorial" in the "share your tips & tricks" forum for designers who want to know more, here is the link: How to correctly design the new chocolate bars

OK, please understand I'm asking a question and not trying to sound rude, but if you do it this way, it'll show upside down on the Zazzle Page - so won't that look odd? This is how it will look if it is made the way you say is the wrong way. (again, I'm just asking)

No need to apologize for anything, you are not being rude at all. Yes, if you do it the "correct" way, the backside preview looks wrong because, well, it's wrong. To make it look correctly, they had to turn it horizontally, that's what you do with a chocolate bar when you want to read the stuff on the back, not vertically as it is now. But then the backside preview would look upside down in most cases because DIY customers and many designers most certainly either don't know or don't care and do handle the backside like the front. That's why I suggested adding a separate front and backside design area which allows you to enter your content regularly. The tool would then rotate the back for a correct print and the preview could then be adjusted and look well, too.

In the end, it's not that big deal if the back is upside down on the print in most cases and for private use, so create it the way you want. If you want to go more towards a professional merchandise template, I would consider doing it right, though. Perhaps I'm nitpicking, it's because I'm doing such stuff professionally for decades now, so I would go crazy if that stupid backside text would look wrong on the final product. It's basically the same story as labeling the spine of a book, I HATE it when the spines' texts flow in different directions on the shelves.

I'm going to agree with @TSUTTLESDESIGNS about the back and front merch view. If I want to add customizable text to the back, it isn't immediately obvious and the customer might bypass the customization, thus leaving the template text.

As I understand it from the views provided for the non-assembled bar, this is am envelope (silver outside) that slips over the originally wrapped bar and then a printed sleeve slips over this envelope. Correct?

Price is $4.00 per bar and minimum order is 12 bars with slight price break for quantity orders.
