I have a customer reaching out to me to ask what the height listed for the gable box is referring to. The dimensions are listed as 4"w x 2.5"l x 5"h on the website. From what I can infer, the height is referring to from the bottom to the top of the handle of the box. Please let me know if this is not correct.
I think giving the height for this is not very useful for customers to know the actual amount of things that can be stored in the box.
I will like to suggest to add arrowheads to the box and indicate which the w, l and h that the dimensions are referring to. Please refer to attached image. It will be easier for the customer to visualize and avoid complaints that the actual box is too small. And I think the dimensions l should denote the longer side of the box instead.
