This issue was also driving me up the wall, couldn't figure it out. However it now seems you don't have to use a mask at all. You just use the recommended fit. After the product is finished you can use another browser and stay logged out. Then you can see that the "adjust" button appears and you can move or scale the photo or whatever image you are using. Not sure what all the fuzz about the masks was about, utter waste of time. Also means you don't need to "upgrade" your older products, which is the plus side 🙂
