Help needed re Payment problems

I understand that the last couple of years has been a struggle and things have been slower than usual but I haven't yet had any payment. I've filled the forms in, had a "Please take a moment to review your payment settings" email on 9th December 2021 and not heard anything since, I've checked all my details, sent an email to support@zazzle and haven't heard anything back or had a payment, is there anything else I can do? is support@zazzle the correct email to send a query to or is there another way to contact someone. I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.
