Any help from moderators will be appreciated.

I got message from a real buying customers. but my country phone is not listed. So I contacted/email zazzle a while ago. 

But I'm in a hurry, I wish to reply as soon as possible. because the same customer had bought something from me.

Is there a way to expedite the verification of my chat. Please !

Hi, I can access my chat now, but you need to follow up your customer support rep, because the devs can forget all about it.

Dear Chuamishael,

I just wanted to bring my support to your request as I'm facing exactly the same issue. I has been more than 10 days that I contacted the Zazzle support team by email but nothing happened. My customer is probably gone with the wind. I just find quite frustrating to see how hard it is to get a support for something as basic as an account verification. I hope a solution will be found as soon as possible.

Hi and thank you for your answer. I have finally been verified. It was just a bit slow. If anyone faces the same situation, just communicate with the customer support, it takes time but they will help you no worries. 🙂
