Is there a way to change the default paper for all our invitations, as looks like that all invitations paper are going to be with Flat paper as the default, why not make the semigloss the default, all colours look much better and the invitations look better,
With flat paper specially all our invitations are dull, colours are not bright it is all dull.
please change the default paper to semi-gloss it is cheaper by 19c than the default flat paper.and all invitations look better.

The Paper your invitations are set at now is either similar or the new comparison from when we did the paper update a few weeks back. You can change this in your merchandising options, but i will also pass on your feedback. Thank you.

I agree, also I prefer it to be the default and often forget to click semi gloss when posting for sale.

I actually very much prefer matte. So if they do any changes, hopefully they can just make it a setting per account.

I agree. I mean, there are some sorts of designs where matte looks beautiful, but there are others where you really want the vibrant color and semi-gloss finish. But my real gripe is not that matte is the default, it's the fact that when they did the big paper "upgrade" recently, they went through all of the old products that I had painstakingly set to semi-gloss and reset them to matte. So now I have literally thousands of products that should be semi-gloss but are instead set to matte and I'd have to go through each one individually to change them because there's no way to do a bulk update. "Frustrating" does not begin to describe it.

Most of our invitations colours are vibrant and the semi-gloss really shows well the colours we have, the invitations look great and the same as what you see on the zazzle website, we bought some of our invitations just recently and we received them today, and they are all in Matt paper, and don’t look nothing like the website.
‘and we are not happy

That's very disheartening.

We just had 2 self referred invitations canceled because of the Matt paper, that was more than $100.00 that we just lost because of the paper, please zazzle make basic semi-gloss the default paper or make the customer aware of all types of paper in a position that they can see it, not half way down the page like it is now,
we know that the cancelations was due to the paper because the customer just send us a message/chat

Thank you James, I know we can change the paper in the merchandising option, that is fine for 1 2 or 100 invitations, but we have to do 20,000 + invitations, just because someone decide to change the default paper to Matt, and basic semi-gloss it is 19c cheaper than Matt paper, please tell whoever you are going to send my request add this post too.
thank you
William
