Has anyone else had a lack of communication from the content review "board"? This is the second time this has happened. Last time I got like 4 messages that products would be removed due to _ _ _ _ , you know, the vague message that you need to reply to to possibly get an answer of what the problem is. Replied and never heard a word on what the actual issue was. I eventually figured it out on my own I guess as a tag because redesigning them without the tag and they are still up. This time, 4 messages that products would soon be removed due to "an image or text that may be trademarked." I like the word "may" in there. 🙄 Once again, I replied to all 4 messages and.......crickets. I'm kind of assuming it has to do with the image they included with the emails but having gotten the pic from Pixabay over a year ago has me wondering. I can't seem to find the pic anyplace other than Pixabay so I'm not seeing the issue. Hence why I replied to their emails. The items in the emails don't bother me much as being removed as they were presidential campaign items and that's about to come to an end but there were other items I've designed with that image that are now gone as well. Very frustrating.........

I had a similar experience several years ago. It was a vague email that caused several back and forth emails in order for me to understand and correct the problem. But I did get responses to my emails, some of which included the exact same response. I was persistent, and after about 3-4 email exchanges, I was told that if I removed one word in my title, tags, and description that I could repost the product.
Perhaps these automated emails could include a checklist of common issues, where the generator of the email could check a box to identify the exact issue. That could keep that process automated and provide designers with specific information.

I feel your frustration, I do. I worked on my election collection since Nov 2023. Long story short, a couple of months ago, 22 products were removed without notice on a Friday night with a holiday on Monday. I immediately emailed, and again on Monday. I waited a few days and called Customer Support. Took another day and a call to me by a supervisor, but things finally worked out quickly. CALL them now.

Well I finally got an email from "Edana" saying that it was due to, now get this, "intellectual property concerns, my design contains content related to the Donald J Trump for President, Inc trademark "Make America Great Again""
So I then returned the email asking if that is the case, then can they please restore all the Harris items, a tapestry, a couple clocks, and any other items they had deleted that had nothing to do with the "Make America Great Again" "trademark".
Now I'd like each of you to do me a favor and type Make America Great Again into the search bar on Zazzle and see what happens. But I got my items deleted for this trademark infringement. Make it make sense.........

Three emails later and NO communication again and no restoration of removed items that had nothing to do with MAGA.........

Sometimes, they will write to tell you that the words are outside of the blue dashed lines and won't print past the boundary. So check that too.

I just had dozens of products removed without notice (only received ONE notification for one item). With no actual explanation. I know that I have a commercial license on the art, and I used Zazzle fonts. It was a 'Wild One' set of items, and I know 'Wild One' isn't trademarked. All of the items had different tags. But if it is in fact because of a tag, I find it so unfair that they just remove it without warning rather than warning us we have ___ days to change the tags. I mean seriously? We are supposed to know every word on this planet that might cause an issue? I would gladly change a word than lose weeks of work and promotion.
